Job Description : The Role : Associate (CIQ) The Location : Makati, Manila The Team : The S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Client Services Associate role offers an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company with an exceptional corporate culture.

The Impact : The team is crucial in ensuring that clients maximize our products’ value. We are responsible for relaying client feedback to our internal teams who maintain product quality and provide insights into the client and market demand.

life balance. Responsibilities As the front line of the organization, your regular day requires you to provide support to our clients while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, data and the industries we cover.

You will be helping clients to navigate and extract data from the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range. You will provide assistance with building models using our Excel Plug-

in and be the voice of the customer Additionally, you will help to accelerate the quality and timeliness of the data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates of our clients and drive revenue increases.

You will work with content, commercial and technical teams to address any client queries and ensure our data is maintained to the highest standards and our product stays relevant to the market Minimum Qualifications : What We Are Looking For : Basic Qualifications : Those with at least 1-

4 years of experience in a client service or financial role can apply Open to graduates of any four-year degree course. Fresh grads can be considered depending on interview performance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).

Flexible to work on varying shifts. (Shifts may include weekend and holidays) Detail-oriented and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and work in a team. Positive and proactive with a can do attitude. Preferred Qualifications : Finance background Adaptable to rapid change Provides and accepts constructive feedback Willing to lead projects and stretch assignments
