As part of the Human Resources team this individual will work with leadership to deliver high-level human resources services to create a world-class organization and to help meet the strategic business goals of the company.

We seek an individual who is detail oriented, intellectually curious, enthusiastic and has a drive for results. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Human Resources for the US and Europe, the Payroll Administrator, is a hands-on role that provides full cycle payroll administration support to our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes all aspects of a bi-weekly payroll; including database maintenance, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of timecards, entering payroll data, preparing payroll wire, and bi-weekly / monthly HR reporting, including working knowledge of a general ledger.
  • Supports HR team in process involving status changes, tax changes, deductions, retro active adjustments
  • Compile reports on base and premium pay, posts entries to journals and ledgers
  • Prepares tax deposits and special compensation reports as needed.
  • Coordinates audits and inquiries as needed, including Payroll, 401k, workers compensation, wages by state, etc.
  • Provide site administrative support.
  • Ensures compliance with all company, state and federal guidelines.
  • Qualifications / Skills / Attributes

  • Bachelor's or certificate in Finance / Accounting, Business administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Payroll administration.
  • Prior experience with processing payroll, preferably utilizing ADP software and a strong knowledge of payroll tax and general ledger.
  • Knowledge and application of federal and state regulations needed, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidentially analyze and interpret data and identify links in details to make fact based conclusions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Taking a customer focused approach to the needs of employees and leaders
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems.
