We are looking for Referral Specialists to support and sustain our growth.

What You Will Do :

  • Oversee the execution of process, system, and technical improvements to the Employee Referral Program.
  • Partner cross-functionally across the People team to plan and execute projects.
  • Oversee weekly reporting on operational hygiene and quarterly reporting on program metrics.
  • Maintain all communication with referrers, including answering questions in our email and Slack channels, writing our monthly newsletter, and overseeing our CSAT.
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure a positive referral experience.
  • Proactively identify and recommend creative solutions to current processes to help scale the program.

  • This is a work-from-home role during the pandemic. Once improvements allow full office-based operations, this may become an office-based job role.

    Skill and Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain a candidate pipeline.
  • Experience creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets, preferably with experience using data analytics tools like Looker.
  • Experience managing multiple competing projects through completion.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and holding stakeholders accountable.
