We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Screening Administrator for a Manila based role.

Day-to-day functions of the Employment Screening team :

  • Completion of all day to day employment screening administration tasks, including but not limited to the following :
  • Initiate employment screening checks for employee's periodic or adhoc screening requirement
  • Review of employment screening reports;
  • Liaise with candidates / employees and vendor to facilitate completion of employment screening checks;
  • Update of HR systems, tools and tracking logs;
  • Answer inquiries via email and phone;
  • Log all inquiries in a case management system and update call log details as required;
  • Produce employment screening-related reports for the Business
  • Process monthly invoice
  • Perform User Access Review; and
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained in performing job responsibilities
  • HR Operations is responsible for delivering the following services :

  • Australian Payroll
  • Australian Salary Packaging
  • International Payroll (approx 29 countries)
  • Employee on-boarding
  • Human Resource Information Systems management
  • International Assignment Management
  • Employee Date andRecords Management
  • We are looking for essential characteristics like :

  • Understanding of Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities
  • Good time management and document preparation skills
  • Good communication skills verbal and written (in English)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • High attention to detail / accuracy
  • Good at managing tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
