Are you an experienced Sales Professional with proven excellent client management and project management skills? Are you comfortable creating and sending effective outreach emails to decision-makers to ensure clients’ interests?

Do you possess excellent and business-level communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you easily familiarize yourself with the services and propose new strategies on how to pique the clients’ interests?

Do you have proven success in winning new business and managing the client onboarding process?

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager who will be in charge of reaching out to potential clients to help the business grow.

You have to be an exceptional communicator and confident in speaking with the important people in various industries. You will be a part of the company’s success by acquiring new business and managing different projects and clients.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional business writing skills, well-experienced with managing clients, winning new clients, and delivering actual results! If this is you, then we’d love to speak with you!

As the Sales Project Manager, you will provide excellence by :

  • Growing the company’s database by identifying and developing concrete leads for the company
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by sending outreach emails to set up sales meetings with prospects
  • Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Managing data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Preparing and organizing important sales documents such as charts, reports, etc.
  • Creating sales presentation decks
  • Proactively suggesting new ways on how to continuously improve processes
  • Communicating value, progress, and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with different departments and key persons to ensure the smooth process after every successful transaction
  • Requirements

    Do you have what it takes to be our Sales Project Manager?

    Consider yourself highly qualified if you have :

  • Proven experience in client management, business development, account management, B2B sales
  • Exceptional communication skills are a MUST
  • Project management experience is a HUGE plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using MixMax is highly preferred.
  • Experience in creating presentation decks
  • Experience with a start-up / computer software company is a plus
  • Experience in finding new ways to improve the process
  • This is a remote position.
