The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for effectively supporting the sales of software solutions licenses. They work with clients and prospects in partnership to ensure our solutions map to their existing or new business process requirements and continue to deliver and meet their needs.
The role of the Senior Solutions Consultant is as a subject matter and industry expert, evangelizing the GK Software product suite building trusted advisor status with customers.
Trigger product improvements : Collect and document customer requirements, post product feature requests for standardization to Director of Presales
Maintain sales environment : Support the capability to facilitate convincing product demonstrations for all sales purposes
Technical solution design : Support that customer proposals are based on the most appropriate and efficient solution design
Sales Engagements : Support sales engagements with technical expertise and convincing solution demonstrations
RFI / RFP : Provide input to quality and correctness of all functional and technical proposal documents in all sales stages
POC : Support delivery of Proof of Concept’ projects in the most economical way
Team build : Provide knowledge input and social value to other team members
Strong functional and / or technical background in retail processes and technologies proven by a master’s degree in information management or retail management.
It is possible to assign the function to an employee if the essential professional knowledge is acquired by work experience.

Strong industry know-how in retail area
Excellent knowledge on GK product and competition products
Good knowledge of preferred partner products (SAP / HYBRIS)
Excellent IT knowledge
Independent and convincing in client facing situations
Fluency in spoken and written English
Fluency in one or more of the following additional languages : Mandarin, Japanese, BahasaFluency in one or more of the following additional languages : Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa(Indonesia, Malaysia, Melayu), Thai
Willingness to travel (minimum 2 weeks per month)
Willingness to train in Germany for extended periods (during company induction period)
