We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR Sustainable Livelihood Program is inviting applicants for the vacant position with details as follows :

A.Position : One (1) Project Development Officer II

Salary Grade : 15

Item Number : OSEC-DSWDB-PDO2-172-2004

Compensation : Php 24, 887.00

B. Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility : Civil Service Professional / Second Level eligibility

Primary Functions :

  • vPlans, direct and monitors the implementation of the self employment assistance program;
  • vDetermines the viability of SEA projects in terms of marketability, profitability, project management and processiveness;
  • vIdentifies local resources that can that can be utilized to ensure maximum project management

    vDevelops and devises methods, procedures and techniques for efficient and effective implementation of projects

    vDemonstrates operational skills related to the implementation of SLP projects and related social services

    vProvides technical assistance and consultative service to staff implementating the SLP related social services.

    vConducts periodic review and evaluation of projects and related social services and technical assistance

    vPerforms all other assignments that maybe given

  • Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.
