You know you are the perfect fit if you are / have :

  • At least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, any field but preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate
  • Experience and knowledge in Time Study
  • At least 2 years work experience in process creation, documentation and improvement
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Applications
  • Experience in auditing processes
  • Knowledge in Process Mapping
  • Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma
  • As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Participating in the process management and improvement teams in the company
  • Participating in various roles in process improvement activities (projects), mainly at the field of process AS-IS descriptions, TO-BE proposals
  • Participating as a special knowledge holder in business processes for IT and Business internal customers
  • Supporting local OPS management in continuous improvement
  • Ensuring consistency in OPS processes, systems and reporting
  • Preparing process maps, manuals, operating procedures
  • Testing of processes correctness and effectivity
  • Takes into account operations productivity to optimize costs and improve performance
  • Setup performance of OPS within set performance triggers
  • Participating in various projects in creation of new processes or lines of businesses within Operations
