Job Purpose :
To develop, prepare, evaluate, and implement marketing plans, programs, and promotional expenses for assigned products, to achieve sales and market share targets in line with corporate policies and commercial objectives
1. Portfolio & Product Planning
Prepares and develops short, medium, and long-term marketing plans
Manages brand profit and loss
Develops and implements plans for new products, line extensions, and other initiatives
2. Implementation & Control
Ensures timely and appropriate implementation of multi-channel marketing programs within the
approved promotional budget and aligned with marketing strategies
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders and motivates staff, line personnel & fieldforce to perform
tasks to ensure achievement of objectives
Keeps stakeholders up to date on product knowledge and competitive information (current
market segment, conditions, and competitors)
Continuously monitors and reviews the implementation of the plans and recommends changes as
appropriate to meet different market conditions
Explores and recommends business opportunities to grow the brand
Ensures brand’s demand forecast accuracy
5. Handles department projects / initiatives as may be assigned by the superior
6. Complies with Company policies and processes for QMS, Medical governance, Procurement, IT,
Finance, EHS, and HR, as relevant.
