As Technical Support for IT Operations, you must have the following qualifications :
Must have strong working technical knowledge on Remedy.
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills with extensive experience gathering and presenting useful KPIs to different audience.
Must have Data Center experience on disaster recovery activities, tape management, data center facilities management, data center asset management - purchase, repair and data center audit experience.
Quality champion for project and ensure project team customer policies and procedures.
Must have strong ITIL® (ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited) process skill sets to facilitate improvements and tracking using key performance targets.
