Job Description

  • Performance Management - Take ownership of personal development and performance management. Execute, communicate and report on the performance management process to ensure Company performance outcomes are achieved in accordance with guidelines.
  • Training and Development - Review, guide training and development activities including coordinating training and development in conjunction with training requests and career development plans to ensure that business and staff developmental requirements are met.
  • Policies and Procedures - Create and contribute to the development of policies and procedures by researching and reviewing information in conjunction with legislation and best practice.
  • Compliance - Research relevant company requirements in respect of relevant legislation so that company best practice can be achieved and maintained.
  • Responsible for employee relations issues, training and communication sessions.

  • Staff Induction - Oversee the induction process to ensure success of any recruitment placement. When necessary conduct induction, briefing and training for trainees and new employees.
  • Remuneration & Benefits - Assist with the salary review process and benchmarking. May be required to assist with the checking of fortnightly and monthly staff payrolls.
  • To ensure all staff are paid fairly, regularly and timely in relation to market standards.

  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations - Dealing with and providing advice in relation to day to day queries and staff performance in line with HR practices, conditions and legislation.
  • To ensure staff performance standards are achieved, practice is consistent and legal, and that the workforce remains harmonious and productive.

    Manage and oversee sound processes to improve employee engagement and participation.

  • Staff Programs - Oversee staff programs including Staff Benefit programs, on-site physiotherapy etc in order to maximise staff participation in available benefits.
  • Improve employee wellness management.

  • Reporting - Provision of payroll and attendance reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Someone with BPO experience, worked with employees, contractors, consultants and large teams (100+ staff)
  • Approachable and good team fit.
  • Qualifications

    To be successful in this challenging and rewarding role, you will be degree qualified and have proven experience leading a human resources function within a professional organisation.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
