Job Description : The Role : Renewal Specialist The Location : Makati City, Philippines The Team : The Renewal Specialist will assist the Renewal Operations team on various administrative aspects of product renewals, including client outreach, gathering of usage characteristics and monitoring overall progress by producing reports for internal stakeholders.

Renewal Operations enable complex transactions and seek to maximize revenue by driving productivity and creating efficiencies across the Global Commercial Team.

The Impact : The Specialist will work closely with the clients in helping in the renewal operations and provide support to U.

S. operations What’s in it for you : Working collaboratively with counterparts and internal stakeholders from different global offices Identification of tasks that can be transferred to global support teams Responsibilities : Collect and organize usage characteristics and other data to determine the value an account is receiving from our company.

Organize all aspects of the renewal for the Renewal Specialist(s), Client Services Managers and Director of Sales. Monitoring the status / activities of all accounts and communicating with relevant internal groups to ensure completion of any of the aforementioned activities Tracking all product subscriptions including associated cost Tracking 3rd party vendor leads in order to expand existing / new business Work closely with Renewal Operations to deliver consistent and accurate messages to clients.

Works with various departments to resolve any client issues and / or questions. Completes other assignments as required and / or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications : What We’re Looking For : Basic Qualifications : Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Makati. Well-organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking efficiently Excellent interpersonal skills to correspond by phone and email with key and senior level internal / external clients and / or counterparts.

Willing to work in a mid-shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's / College Degree in any field. At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, sales, lead generation, and related roles.

Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel
