Individual employee file must have the following when relevant : Implements the automated system of monitoring the monthly head-count of the branch and prepares consolidated monthly report.
Gathers monthly head-count report of all departments every 4th week of the month and submitted to the Sr HRD Staff the latest 1st week of the next month.
Monitors expiration of Probationary and Contractual Employment contracts per month for all departments and concession outlets.
Monitors change of employment status of personnel. Implements procedure in the event of any infraction from the company rulse and regualtions.
Experience as company nurse is an advantage Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative; People-oriented, resilient and works well under pressure
