Reporting to the Global Head of Learning and Development (L&D), the Talent Management (TM) Lead (based in Manila) will have the opportunity to fully engage in all aspects of continuing to shape and execute upon this strategy. Your key responsibilities
As a member of the Global Learning and Development and Talent Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for :
Building strong relationships with and be the trusted advisor’ and Talent Management consultant for APAC HR Partners and Managers to understand challenges and opportunities in developing and retaining talent in partnership with other global TM Leads.
Collaborating with Regional and Functional HR Partners to identify solutions to address local and regional needs while leveraging global programs and content.
Designing and / or delivering a range of professional and people development skills learning offerings including Success MSCI (MSCI’s framework that guides our high-performance culture strategic goal through high levels of engagement) and management / leadership development programs, both virtual, in-person and asynchronous learning globally.
Collaborating with business teams and stakeholders within and external vendors to design, develop, track and ensure on-time and high-quality completion of learning programs.
Tracking and reporting progress through all stages, coordinates and communicates status and updates with stakeholders.
Collaborating on the design of curriculum for Success MSCI, personal effectiveness, functional, technical, management and leadership development with the other TM Leads and HR Partners.
Collaborating with other TM Leads with L&D offerings for global business functions and product lines. Working alongside and with the other global TM Leads to develop a plan to invest Education & Training budget effectively throughout each quarter / year.
Eventually, being the TM Lead for global business functions and / or product lines.
Being the Learning Offering / Program Lead for specific topics globally, regionally functionally; and responsible for the design and upkeep of all training materials.
Agreeing the delivery plan and schedule with the other TM Leads and Global Head of L&D and delivering programs globally, regionally and for specific target audiences as needed.
Designing new learning and development offerings (including training programs / workshops and update existing content to enable high-quality learning programs are delivered globally (virtual and eventually in-person when appropriate).
These need to be in alignment to the development needs of the Firm, region, location or function.
Identify development needs and deliver professional skills programs regionally and globally. Leverage other global learning offerings and relevant programs in the MSCI L&D Catalogue and others that already exist.
Manage third-party vendor and consulting relationships as needed.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
BA in related field or business
Proven Learning and Development or Talent Management Consultant, training deliverer and program designer
Solid demonstrated strengths in communicating effectively at all levels, developing and nurturing others, coaching managers on developing their teams, and thinking innovatively and strategically about talent development
Collaborating with HR partners, managers and employees at all levels as their Talent Management trusted advisor and solutions provider
Designing and delivering virtual, in-person and hybrid learning programs, particularly management and leadership development programs
Implementing and administering performance management and talent and succession management processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the firm
Excellent organizational skills
Strong ability to consult with others by listening effectively, asking clarifying questions and suggesting potential solutions
Tech savvy and versatile in using eLearning authoring software or similar technical ability to design eLearning packages
Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel skills
Familiarity with HR systems a plus (Workday Learning)
Experience in the financial service industry a plus
