IT Operations Implementation Coordinator


  • Coordinates and oversees all requests submitted to the IT depots for computer setup, packing and shipping in the PHL region.
  • Works closely with the IT Depot Coordinator to ensure processes are being followed, assigned work is prioritized and completed.
  • Has ownership of the implementation tracking tool and keeps the tracker current and up to date.
  • Ensures all implementation requests are completed on-time and in full.
  • Works closely with various new hire and on-boarding organizations to ensure implementation requests being received are accurate and complete.
  • Communicates status and follows up on escalations.
  • Attends project and implementation management meetings and provides updates on assigned tasks.
  • Completes weekly and monthly reports related to progress against key performance indicators.
  • Documents and leads process improvements related to the IT Depot.
  • Leads daily IT depot implementation status meetings.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum with 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Experience with desktop computer hardware and software, setup, configuration, and MS SCCM imaging.
  • Project management experience.
  • MS Office; MS Excel knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Must have excellent problem solving and management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and must be able to effectively communicate to all levels within the company.
  • Must be able to find timely solutions to complex issues.
  • Must be able to keep up with high demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs other related duties within a timely manner as assigned.
