Job Description

  • Develop strategic digital marketing initiatives and perform relevant analysis to increase leads and conversions including SEO, retargeting, social media and advertising, email marketing, and PPC.
  • Manage the business as an owner and keep outside spend in line with revenues.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Hire, manage, coach and develop direct report / s
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.
  • Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
  • Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Comply with the Company Policies.
  • Comply with the Company and Department’s approved / existing work procedures and guidelines.
  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • 5+ years' brand management, social media management or marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns, Google Analytics, and PPC
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • With excellent leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
