Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Configure and Implement SuccessFactors to meet business requirements
Participates and understand in all types of test phases (System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT)
Takes active responsibility for agreeing on Resolution dates and resolving open queries
Assist on the knowledge transfer of business implications and detailed requirement to the stakeholders / onshore team, including status reporting.
Assist with cutover planning
Provide post go-live support
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT / Computer - Software or equivalent.
