Job Description

  • Assists customers via Chat and Email in a speedy and accurate manner
  • Offers Proactive support to address errors, mistakes, and technical faults
  • Completes customer interactions within the agreed timeframe (Average)
  • Creates added value by supporting cross-sell initiatives and promotional offers
  • Meets or exceeds quality targets via offering excellent customer service
  • Strives to ensure a high customer satisfaction level always
  • Offers resolutions and closure to complaints and disputes by demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
  • Risk, Compliance, or Fraud related task
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not necessary
  • Must have knowledge about US Sports or gaming / casino / sports betting
  • Must have BPO Customer Service experience
  • Chat & email account BPO exp. preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and can work with different teams
  • Amenable to rotating schedules and able to work on holidays, if needed
  • Positive attitude and happy mind
