Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Include :

Develop and debug load board to support product test.

Develop and debug production / characterization test programs.

Develop and implement cost effective test solutions to improve capacity, volume, quality and yield

Support the test operation in subcon factories on low yield lot disposition, NPI, transfer, daily issues

Support onshore and offshore test facilities.

Writing conversion scripts use to develop test programs / vectors / data

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience :

Must hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer or similar)

Minimum 4 years experience in Analog / Mixed Signal Semiconductor Test Engineering for both Wafer Sort and Final Test.

Experience on FPGA product test engineering will be advantage.

Test hardware and test program development experience with in at least one of the automatic test equipment. Experience on Teradyne J750 / Flex test platform will be advantage.

Strong understanding of integrated circuits, its applications and microelectronic circuit

Well versed in Test Data Analysis

Programming / software skills in VBA

Excellent Oral and written communication skill in English
