Your Role :

Are you someone who wants to grow in your career? As a Customer Renewal Sales Specialist you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through retention.

We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude.

Your Impact :

  • In this role, you will be able to drive rolling monthly pipeline of renewals with the ability to prioritize your day to have visibility into all deals
  • Collaborate in working with various departments across the organization to advocate for the customer and work together to resolve any issues
  • Lead to resolve any obstacles which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
  • Drive to maintain customer count and retention
  • Build strategies to develop a strong product understanding, system knowledge and processes to sell maintenance renewals and the value we provide
  • Ability to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales with a very high customer experience
  • Your Experience :

  • Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency
  • Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations
  • Understands customer focus and solutions
  • Driven to help others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in Technical Inside Sales role
  • Preferred experience 3+ years enterprise sales experience in APAC market
