We are looking to hire a Senior IT Engineer (Operations) to join our team, who will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and supporting Proprietary Enterprise Systems as well as off-the-shelf Commercial Enterprise Systems in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will participate in the design and documentation of these systems. This support encompasses both the system-level application, database, and connection layer, but also the server / OS layer.

These systems perform functions in support of but are not limited to revenue generation, customer service functionality, customer bill accuracy, inventory management and order fulfillment, customer payment processing, customer relationship management, and overall customer experience.
