Description

Perform qualification, test release, and production transfer of products to both internal and external manufacturing sites

Investigate and debug silicon, hardware, software and setup issues in manufacturing

Execute capacity improvement initiatives such as but not limited to tester platform conversion and test time reduction

Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering and / or Operations in industrializing new devices and resolving manufacturing issues

Develop ATE test solutions

Interface with Marketing, BU Stakeholders, Manufacturing and Product Engineering on a global scale

Qualifications

BS / MS ECE or other engineering fields

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong analytical, debug, and communication skills

Sound understanding of electronics and semiconductor physics

Good programming skills (VB, VBA, C++), Related work experience in NPI and / or Test Engineering or experience in Eagle Test Systems is an advantage
