Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing industry-leading service customer service to a broad commercial market (small, medium, and large business) while meeting the quality and schedule expectations of the company’s customers.

You will also provide advice and support to business owners regarding advertising on the internet, process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of on-going customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Successfully troubleshoot with first call resolution or escalation as appropriate.
  • Optimize business owner marketing campaigns and monthly budgets.
  • Focus on account retention and contract extension.
  • Resolve billing and payment queries.
  • Successfully establish rapport and relationship with a wide variety of people and business owners.
  • Manage customer information with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Manage a high volume of 'customer cases' to resolution.
  • Meet all performance objectives.
  • Master the products supported / offered.
  • Communicate technical matters in layman’s terms.
  • Provide consultation regarding appropriate products for business owner purchase.
  • Promote relevant customer products.
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive sales.
  • Job Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills
  • Basic familiarity with PCs, including MS Windows Operating System and the Internet
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, e-mail
  • High school graduates with at least 2 years of call center / BPO experience are welcome to apply
