Job DescriptionGeneral Accountability : This position is responsible for attending to the training needs of the Agency Force, ensuring high quality in the delivery of programs and initiates enhancements in basic as well as advanced training modules.

Training Officer reports directly to the Training Manager.Responsibilities : Conducts and facilitates training programs and training related activities to existing agents.

Provides feedback received from the field to the Training Manager on how training requirements of the agency can be better served.

Monitors attendance and completion of agent training program based on established company training path. Submits timely training reports.

Drives key activation initiatives, regularly coordinates with sales management team, and participates in local sector events.

  • Prepares necessary training materials and logistics needed to deliver training programs. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops;
