Job Description

Provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets, such as :

Regular coordination with Real Estate Developers and other brokers to ensure the accuracy of listings

Monitor market movement

Encode data / property information in CBREs database

Monitor performance of CBREs database platform

Provide support to brokers for their transactions

Coordination of site visits

Preparation of presentation / pitch materials

Research for client requested data

Assist the research team in gathering data for CBREs Quarterly Market Report

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics

Strong communication skills when gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting results

Experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage
