Job Description

  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees, and promodisers.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as hand-outs or visual materials.
  • Conduct product and selling skills training for new and existing promodisers.
  • Assess training needs for; existing promodisers, through surveys, performance reports from Sales Coordinators; sales, and marketing personnel, as needs arise.
  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Responsible and or assist in company events, trade fairs, exhibits and client visit as required even out of normal office hours.
  • Responsible for any reasonable assignment and / or special project in relation to sales / marketing functions as directed by the executives.
  • Aid marketing personnel in telemarketing, delivery, and collection, as needs arise.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication or any 4 year Business related courses
  • Proficient in product presentation, training, and MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Personable and with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willing to do field work
  • Willing to work on Sundays
