Job Description : This diverse role leads the global Intelligent Customer Experience (ICX) offering to driving the go to market globally and the P&L results in the Enterprise Applications & SaaS (EA) portfolio.
This role provides the focal point for all EAS activity in the ICX line of business globally, setting the strategy for how the portfolio should develop and selling that across the business.
Fitting with all our Primary Technology Partners Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics - in DXC, this is a practice building position that requires strong experience with helping organisations understand the ICX value proposition, across the all the partners, working with Sales to drive the pipeline, and ensuring appropriate solutions Responsibilities : People & Leadership : Demonstrates DXC’s key team leadership and practice development competencies, values & behaviours ( degree feedback) Demonstrated active leadership in supporting practice growth to achieve results Provides guidance and mentoring to team members to effect performance and capability development (qualitative feedback from line management and practice management as appropriate) Influences decisions and is known as a reputable source of thoughts and ideas ( degree feedback) Develops relationships and connections with target audience (Customer feedback / degree feedback) Participation in, and implementation of cross skilling initiatives for the practice Leads by example and drives team members to achieve.
Mentors and trains people working on Offering Development Recognition as an expert in a specialised field, whose expertise is sought from others Customers : Sales Provide the value proposition, marketing positioning and roadmap guidance to clients and bid teams alike Reviews solution proposals to ensure alignment to client objectives and ensure risks to margin in delivery are mitigated Ensure teams from pre-sales and delivery are providing the correct output in the Sales process during DXC bids Active involvement in key client presentations Successful Project Delivery Ensure appropriate accountability is in place for overall project delivery success for the DXC business and the customer Ensure appropriate support is in place with solution and delivery teams to identify and mitigate issues and risks Establishes and maintains strong key client relationship Solutions & Markets : Solution Line Growth Demonstrated growth of team capability Set strategy & roadmap for offering development in the ICX line of business Agree and own offering KPI’s globally and regionally Market Development Identification and development of new offerings which differentiate DXC in the market Agree the offering GTM approach and budgets Drive eminence of DXC in ICX offerings Knowledge, Experience and Expertise Salesforce experience required Experience with other ICX solutions preferred Advising clients on strategy and roadmap in ICX solutions Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales and delivery of end customer facing enterprise applications Practice building experience Professional / Tertiary Qualifications Project management certifications (Agile and / or traditional delivery approaches) - desirable ICX Solution Certifications - desirable Education and Experience Required : Typically 12+ years in the Services Industry and 5+ years in developing new business opportunities with clients primarily at the CxO level.
Advanced University degree preferable.
