Primary Objective of the role :
Responsible in meeting if not exceeding established metrics for productivity, candidate / client satisfaction and quality through recruitment efforts and ensure proper administration of an effective recruitment process from sourcing until job offer stage.
The role is also expected to perform continues research and knowledge acquisition on recruitment tactics and needs on how to attract top talent.
Key qualifications / Experience
College Graduate
Administrative-related experience
Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Cloud programs
Excellent Reading, Writing and Verbal Proficiency
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the requirements for each requisition
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
