A successful Contracts Administrator will demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization skills. They will have significant experience in reviewing, commenting and negotiating US based commercial contracts.
They will also have demonstrated administrative skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with other internal departments and communicate effectively with US based outside customers and vendors.

â¢ Manage, track and facilitate the review of contracts, negotiation discussions and communications.
â¢ Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate parties regarding contract status.
â¢ Review and participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements and ensure final execution in accordance with negotiated terms.
â¢ Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents.

Essential Skills : Qualifications :
â¢ Experience working with and managing contracts
â¢ Knowledge and understanding of legal requirements involved in US based contracts and documents.
â¢ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

â¢ Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
