  • Provide excellent customer service to client by providing solutions across search, display, and social media, optimised for the SMB enterprises
  • Help clients to reach their competitor’s goals using the latest advertising products and solutions.
  • Research and analyze keyword and SEO techniques and work with account managers to ensure momentum strategy is highly competitive
  • Documents all requests accurately, ensuring the quality of work.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with customer account information
  • Interview Process : 1. Paper Screening

    2. Initial Interview

    3. Online Exam (English)

    4. Final Interview with Ops

    Requirements :

    Native Japanese or JLPT N1 or N2 Passers or level

    Good English communication skills

    Open for High School graduates

    Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite

    With experience in BPO

    With SEO Experience is a plus
