Responsible for the management of specified supervisory teams, tracking of overall center efficiency, keeping updated on product and promotion information, providing client Program Management with updates on service provided, and identifying and tracking improvement and value-added opportunities

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Must have at least 12 years' overall experience in BPO Operations
Must have at least 5 years' experience in Managerial role
Must have a background in Claims Management in a BPO set-up
With Insurance process background (Outsources by international or local company)
Handled 80-100 FTEs
With profit and laws exposure and cost management
With Project and Stakeholder management experience (includes transition of new scope / transition management)
With basic Workforce Management experience
Experience in handling Automation project is an advantage
