Responsible to oversee HRM Section :
Manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment
Employee relations (events organization through committee)
Manage a team of 3 regular employees (2 SPV and 1 staff) + 2 Subcon outsourced employees
No only manage but can do functions of Section
Maintain and analyze HR-related data by using SAP and HRIS
Preferably licensed Psychometrician
With at least twelve (12) years of related experience
Well-versed in MS Office specifically MS Excel - Pivot, Vlookup, etc
Preferably familiar or knowledgeable in HRIS AND SAP Business One (SAP B1) system or other Enterprise systems
Well-versed in CBA and other arrangements
Experience working in a Japanese Company
With Management skills, analytical, good in English, good in numbers (numerical ability), Kaizen, reports generation and analysis, DOLE and other gov't regulation savvy, can manage 3rd party service providers, can do manual confidential payroll, knows manual HR database and can integrate into system HRIS in future, etc.
