We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to support our Technical Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about understanding user needs and pain points and working with cross-functional partners to simplify complex problems and ship elegant solutions that help influence process improvements, best-practice sharing, and standardization across the organization.
You will serve as the driving force behind the success of every key project.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Fully scope and understand user needs, set up on boarding calls to potential clients
Direct all technical support management phases : assign and oversee project tasks, continuously follow up on progress, blockers, risks, and opportunities
Conduct regular technical support status meetings (daily / weekly)
Detect, report, and fix issues whenever necessary, providing solutions to technical-related issues
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, set and manage technical support expectations, and report against crucial milestones
Provides proactive customer satisfaction & relationship management
Participate in end-to-end delivery of Products and Services to client from product presentation, delivery, implementation to after sales services
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree of any business course
At least 1-2 years of work experience in administrative and coordination tasks.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized and has attention to details.
Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan
