Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

We are currently recruiting for an Oracle I Procurement Specialist based in our Manukau office who will report to the Team Leader I Procurement.

We are seeking a confident, system savvy problem solver. Your core function will be to work with the business to facilitate our procure to pay process and system as well as drive education and understanding for purchasing and engaging services in line with policy.

This role requires the successful candidate to work closely with internal departments, staff and occasionally external suppliers.

Please note : this is not a 'Procurement' role. I Procurement is an Oracle based 'Procure to Pay' module.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Proven ability to think logically and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Be personable, approachable and have a willing attitude
  • Be capable and willing to deliver coaching and training others on systems and process
  • Ability to work through joint resolution of systems and process issues
  • Experience in a Procure to Pay environment, ideally Oracle would be preferable
  • Strong Microsoft Office and typing skills are required to provide analytical support
