Responsible for ensuring business objectives and budget are met, whilst driving up service and execution performance and quality.

Build, develop and lead a highly effective and motivated work force with clearly defined mission and aligned objectives Provide senior management engagement into associated customer segments and product teams to ensure transparency, buy-in and help to identify and address areas of concern.
Ensure that tactical decisions / solutions account for and influence broader strategic direction. Ensure client documentation, and appropriate manuals, processes and procedures are updated regularly.
Ensure operational requirements, standards and best practices are factored into plans. Lead / contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards, and champion adoption of industry best practices as required.
Determine key projects / activities and provide management bandwidth within the Organization. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
