    Manage the preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting records, reports and accounts, financial returns, as requiredMaintenance of accurate and up to date accounting recordsQuality, accuracy and timeliness o f reportsAccounting deadlines metUphold operational excellence objectives of the entire organization by driving the overall performance of the Financial Reporting teamOperating plan is aligned to business goals for Financial Reporting and TaxExecute operational objectives for the business unitOwnership over assigned tasks

    Qualifications :

    Must be a BS Accountancy graduateSignificant experience in a complex multinational environment (at least 1 year) would be a plusCPA holder - would be a plusAmenable to work to BGC TaguigMust be flexible to any schedule required by the businessEffective communication skillsAttention to detailEffective time management skills with the ability to manage priorities to meet strict deadlinesAbility to work well under pressureTeamwork able to collaborate and work flexibly with othersProblem solving skillsStrong skills in spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures
