Drive shopper, consumer insights & the marketing / sales agenda, leading the implementation of the picture of success in assigned REs / customers / area & is responsible for the category translation into the perfect store agenda at cross category level.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)
The category Picture of Success for each retail environment by customer
Primary Shelf guidance Must Stock List (MSL), Planogram with defined Share of Shelf (SoS) and location, etc
Hot zone guidance (MSL, SoS, etc.)
Secondary display guidance (location, number, etc)
The creation and communication of the rationale behind the detail in the PoS
Cross-category corporate programs i.e " Hello Joy"
Define the detail of the Picture of Success by RE
Define the MSL lis by RE
Define the Point of Sale requirements across REs & customers
Deliver the category PoS by retail environment by customer
Deliver the rationale / insight behind all the elements of the PoS & selling stores
Deliver the required Point of Sale material
Communication to Sales team of the monthly programs (i.e. Big Bets)
Apply & Sustain
Customer / channel reviews : Monitor KPIs to ensure Health & Performance
Communicate the detail of each PoS and the supporting rationale
Continual evaluation of the performance against the category PoS and develop an understanding behind any customer objections
Leverage & Improve
Continuous strengthening of the insight behind the rationale for the PoS
Improvement of the communication process that supports the PoS
Identify Barriers to deliver PoS & plans to overcome

Strong people skills (horizontal and verical)
College degree (Minimum requirement)
