The Manila Team operates in the delivery of the following services : Management Information Reporting (MI), Business Revenue, Financial Reporting, Business Reporting, Finance Risk Management, SubGroup Consolidation, Reporting and Analysis, Infrastructure Finance Support, Transfer Pricing, Chief of Staff and Finance Director / Manager Support, and Ad Hoc Reporting.
The role supports the Asset Management business particularly the revenue related function of Finance (i.e. Bookings, Substantiation, Invoicing, Analysis, etc.
The timely performance of which is critical in ensuring our sub-ledger systems and subsequent reporting platforms are accurate.
Non-performance of these functions could lead to misstatements of financials, uncollected revenues, and penalties due to non-
payment of vendors and audit findings due to unsupported account balances
As a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst, you are responsible for the preparation of revenue entries in SAP and the completion of Management Review Process (MRP), balance sheet substantiation, sub-
ledger reconciliation, and period over financial comparison. You are also expected to perform management and regulatory reporting as well as the preparation of year-
end financial statements for audit.
For this requirement, you need to hold a degree in either Accountancy or any finance-related course, and have two to four years of proven experience in financial / management reporting and analysis of financial data.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. It is highly preferred that you have strong analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
