Since this is a manager post, we need someone with experience to even call themselves as one so if you’re someone with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field (but if it’s a Senior Manager / Director specializing in BPO operations and Management or equivalent even better!) If you’re someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree (have a postgraduate diploma?
Master’s degree? Professional license? In any field then that’s a plus but not required!).
We need someone with strong computer skills especially in using Microsoft and Google applications. If you have handled at least 600 FTEs and have a good track record of meeting targets.
We also need someone with excellent verbal and written communication.
We also need someone with the ability to multitask, can work in a fast paced environment, has the ability to build productive business relationships with clients.
Since this is a manager post, having strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills is a must. Aside from this, you must also possess a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
