ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inbound / Outbound Call Specialist will be working for a globally renowned company that helps other companies ensure contract, license and royalty compliance by offering highly specialized auditing and advisory solutions.
Due to the growth in their company, the client is expanding into new avenues to help their clients expand their business.
The client is looking for individuals who have experience in customer service or sales, and / or are interested in marketing and business development.
In this position, you will represent their clients in sales and marketing campaigns to assist in generating leads with the client'
s customer base. You will be responsible for calling their client's existing customers to explain products, gauge interest, gather information, and report back results.
Shall handle customer service / sales, marketing and business development.

Excellent written and spoken English Communication Skills with Neutral Accent that is very clearly understood.
Confident, outgoing, engaging personality Smart and ability to learn quickly they will need to be generalists and wear many hats.
Need to be able to develop a rapport / relationship with customers
Good attention to detail
Previous experience with Australian company real advantage
Research ability when required to do extensive research
Willing to work on a night shift
