Job Summary :
The role is mainly responsible for Qualifying a Lead if they can be a good / right customer for our Clients and probe by asking qualifying questions and other important information.
Find companies, people and organize their names, contact information, and other relevant data into a spreadsheet then import to the CRM software if needed.
All leads should be imported to the CRM (if required by the client). Alternatively, organize leads in Gsheet Outbound
Associates are required to make a minimum of 150 dials per day or 750 dials per week. Introduction of Product / Services.
Probe for the person in charge, manage or make decisions for the company’s shipping / logistics needs.
Develop lead's interest in the services by providing features, advantages and benefits. Identify areas of opportunities and offer shipping solutions.
Secure Appointment with the prospect . For Declined Appointments, offer to send an email.
Associate needs to make sure leads in the CRM are updated. Associates are required to put notes, remarks, action item in the lead.
Enter all leads to the Leads Tracker to track all Leads and add lead Status on each.
Send End of Day report with the format instructed by the supervisor.
2+ years experience in Lead Generation Tasks.
Has a strong background in Lead Generation and or Sales
Enthusiastic individual who has a keen eye for details
Proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools and Microsoft Office
Proficient in MS Excel
Team player, approachable, and fun to work with.
