Description

This position is primarily responsible for FleetManagement and Corporate mobile unit issuance. Secondarily responsible forsupplier invoices, reliver for receptionist and other office servicesactivities.

Fleet Management

  • Prepare Job Orders for PMS and Repairs
  • Road Assistance for assignees
  • Advise and monitor contractor for new assignee’sdriving assessment
  • Coordinate with Insurance for transactions,renewals, and approvals
  • Coordinate with procurement team for vehiclepurchase for new assignee’s through the FSOL program
  • Coordinate with contactor for car rentalservices
  • Coordinate with government agencies for vehicleregistration and renewal
  • Run bidding activities for vehicle disposal
  • Coordinate with partner for issuance of fleetcard for employees
  • Corporate Mobile Unit Issuance

  • Receive and process request from different BUsfor mobile unit issuance to employees
  • Coordinate with service provider for unit availability,plan coverage, roaming activation, plan cancellation
  • Issue unit to employee and monitor re-issuancetransfer of units
  • Supplier Invoice

  • Receive invoices from car shops and phoneservice providers
  • Sort and transmit the billings to correspondingBUs for approval
  • Monitor payment processing and check releasing
  • Reception Reliever

  • Relieves receptionist during lunch break
  • Receive and attend to calls
  • Receive documents and deliveries
  • Assist with payment releasing from Treasury Team
  • Office Services

  • Assist Admin Specialist with Office Servicesactivities
  • Support BGC based employees during events
  • Required Qualifications

  • BS Business Course with any Marketing relatedcourses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word applications
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year working experience in Multinationalenvironment
  • Administrative / Support Services
