ZigZag is looking for Inside Sales Development Representatives to join our team!

As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial part in the Gengo Sales Team. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and allocate those opportunities to the appropriate sales channel.

The SDR will lead the way in identifying and researching lists of companies to target and help develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Be the frontliner in responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing new leads to the proper channels
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
  • Schedule appointments and demos for qualified leads
  • Conduct large volume outbound calls to customers and prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company’s products and services
  • Daily integration with Salesforce to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to the sales team’s best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Generate / Research lead information using social media applications, networking and other research applications available
  • Generate new leads based on target verticals and obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and handling Inbound / Outbound calls and inquiries
  • Be the frontliner in responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing new leads to the proper channels
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
  • Schedule appointments and demos for qualified leads
  • Conduct large volume outbound calls to customers and prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the
  • company's products and services
  • Daily integration with Salesforce to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to the sales team's best practices, policies, and procedures

  • Candidates must be willing to work from 9 PM to 6 AM OR 4 PM to 1 AM
