DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Uphold global standards in Customer Service.
  • Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects.
  • Perform assigned customer service, telemarketing, and back-office tasks.
  • Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnerships between the company, client, and shareholders.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • At least College Level. High School Graduates with at least 6 months of experience in a BPO are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willing to work at our BACOLOD site.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced yet fun-loving and family-oriented environment.
