About the Role
Internally know as Analytic Consultant 4
The HR Reporting and Analytics Lead will be responsible in supporting the HR teams under the Global Delivery Activity (GDA) model for their reporting analytics requirements.
Perform simple to complex reporting and analytics with good judgement on best approach to meet stakeholder requirement and create business impact
Lead the design and development of new reports / dashboards that will further enhance data-driven planning and decision-making for HR GDA teams
Ensure on time production and delivery of relevant reports and dashboards for different HR GDA teams
Be an effective consultant and reliable partner for key HR GDA stakeholders for any reporting and analytics requirements, understanding performance reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
Partner with key stakeholders in defining KPIs / metrics for each HR GDA teams to enable fact-based decision making
Develop familiarity with HR tools / systems used by various HR GDA functions and ability to merge / analyze big data from multiple data sources
Ability to conceptualize, design, develop and deploy system or tools when necessary to address technological gaps in data collection, reporting and analytics
Ensures adherence to data management / data governance regulations and policies.
Assist in providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to junior team members within the analytics team
Market Skills and Certifications
Graduate of any of these courses : Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science or other Engineering courses.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the field of Analytics in a regional / global role; Experience with HR analytics an advantage.
Experience in executive presentations and global deployment of strategic initiatives from past work experience (system, process, reports)
Advanced knowledge in Access, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Working experience in any of the following will be an advantage : SAS, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Workday, PeopleSoft, Power BI
Self-starter and can deal with ambiguities
Strong work-ethics with a continuous improvement mindset and can-do attitude
Candidate must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
Shift : 2PM to 11PM Philippine Time
