Dealing with various HR queries (e-mail or call) such as policies and procedures, and liaising with HR business partners, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administrators, Global HR operations team, as required to resolve cases.
Responsible in supporting managers, HRBPs, and Compensation partners in maintaining employee organizational data changes including but not limited to rewards and other benefits related transactions in Workday.
Manage the day to provision of pay, benefits, and other remuneration initiatives.
Conduct and coordinate the collection, analysis and production of regular reports.
Validating personnel changes in Workday and approving them to be written to the database.
Assisting customers (employees, HR and managers) with use of self service applications.
Work with HR and / or Business Management and / or division compensation to initiate and key mass changes to data, mass uploads, etc.
Audit data to ensure compliance with division and company guidelines.
Ensure one-time and scheduled payments are processed in a timely manner and provide assistance when needed.
Perform corrections to the absence management system as needed and ensure employees receiving additional PTO / vacation are recorded appropriately in the system.
Provide certificate of employment to employees and former employees.
Process other transactions as required.
Key all transactions completed on case handling tool.
