Job Description

  • Obtains account history relevant to approvers
  • Coordinates with the client and / or seller regarding the request whenever necessary
  • Monitors and follows-up necessary action from the different approving and implementing departments
  • Prepares memos / letters in relation to buyer requests (within 24 hours of approval)
  • Populate Management™s decision on buyers™ request in SAP and RMS within 24 hours from release of the approval
  • Ensure that requests are processed and resolved no longer than 30 days from receipt

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor™s or College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, or any equivalent course
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Real Estate or any related field is required
  • Good communication skills, proficient in MS Office, has knowledge of Administrative and Clerical procedures, possesses Interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure
  • Preferably has 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
