About the Team & Business Line :

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role :
You will be primarily responsible in reviewing of subscription / redemption / transfer agreements
You will be responsible in following up with investors on missing documentation
You will contact the Client for breach approvals and Capital Activity Approvals
You will be responsible in maintenance of all electronic and physical investor records.
You will ensure investor static data is reflected correctly on AXI / Investran
You will be responsible in wire transfer : PB & management company payments
You will be responsible in redemption / distribution payments
You will ensure incoming cash is cleared for AML compliance
You will monitor the production of investor statements and correspondence
You will be responsible to review of day 2 reporting to monitor FINRA / BPI reports
You will be responsible to review of AEOI reporting and escalation to client of any undocumented investors
You will be responsible in preparation of Administrator reporting for fund board of directors
You will be responsible of appropriate handling of fund manager and investor communication.
You will ensure that Moxie Client mailboxes are kept within SLA and up to date on a daily basis
You will ensure that KRI / SLA Management : proactively monitor ECM queues and workload to ensure assigned tasks are complete within SLA and escalate any potential backlogs to management
You will be responsible in assisting with various team / department projects
About You :
You have solid knowledge of IR Processes, procedures, and system, particularly in Local Office related tasks
You will be approving IR task(s) or a current SME
You have a strong logical and critical thinking skills
You must able to work independently with minimal supervision
You are proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships internally (Sydney counterparts) and externally (investment managers and or investors);
You have good client / business relationship management
