Position Description : The First Circle Capital Markets team is looking for a Capital Markets Specialist to assist in the build out of First Circle's Capital Markets business, with a focus on local funding.

This role will be a key contributor in supporting First Circle's vision of helping high performing businesses to access finance and grow faster through the meritocratic provision of supply chain capital.

In this role you will work closely with the CEO and VP Finance to devise strategies for improved capital management and securing local funding at cost effective rates, to ensure a high-

growth and high performing loan book. You will also collaborate with the Treasury function for the provision of investor and related treasury transactions.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : 1.Assisting with deal structuring

2.Preparation of marketing materials, preparation and effective maintenance of the data room

3.Identifying and opening relationships with target investors, including local banks, managing the relationship and communication through data sharing, due diligence, and leading them through their credit approval process

4.Deal execution including documentation, liasing with external advisors, lawyers and accountants

5.Managing the deal closing process internally (coordinating cashflows with Treasury Operations, internal legal and finance) and externally (with lenders, trustee, banks) Skills & Qualifications : 1.

5 - 10 years of experience in a finance / advisory role, working primarily on local projects and operations in the Philippines

2.Has a proven track record of delivering high quality output working alongside Finance / Treasury / Consulting teams

3.Exceptional communication, problem solving, and project management skills

4.Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills. Foundational understanding of supply chain financing and credit risk is a plus

5.Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, motivation, and a track record of get it done

6.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment must have proven prioritization and decision-
