Job Description :

Main Accountabilities :

  • Conducts data gathering and analysis with the business users, to understand the business problems / needs and determine appropriate solutions, whether through system enhancements or changes to manual processes. 25%
  • Analyzes, develops, conducts reviews with business and IT stakeholders, and manages sign-off of the business and functional requirements, to properly document the business problems / needs and solutions, and serve as input to design and test planning. 35%
  • Provides design and development support to the designers and developers, by clarifying requirements and resolving issues, to ensure that design and code align with the signed off requirements.
  • Determines valid revisions to the requirements and makes the necessary updates to the documentation. 10%

  • Provides testing support to system and user testers, by analyzing defects and handing off defect assessment to developers for resolution.
  • For some instances, performs actual system testing and user test coordination, by developing and conducting reviews of test plan, scenarios and cases, based on signed off requirements.

    Determines valid revisions to the requirements and makes the necessary updates to the documentation. 15%

  • Provides implementation support to the developers by facilitating the validation with the business users upon movement to production. 5%
  • Provides warranty support to the developers and business users to ensure that post implementation incidents are logged, investigated and resolved. 10%
